Digest of South African Law (Jutastat)

This new publication incorporates a Case Digest, a Legislation digest and a Bibliography Digest. The Case Digest formerly Juta's Supreme Court Digest, contains summaries of all cases considered for publication in the SA Law Reports and SA Criminal Law Reports. The Legislation Digest lists notices relating to legislation published in the Government and Provincial Gazettes from week to week, and new Parliamentary and Provincial Acts and Bills. The Bibliography Digest contains short summaries of articles published in legal journals, and details of all law books published during the fortnight under review.

Making of Modern Law: Primary Sources

Part I, 1620-1926: Contains more than 1,300 individual titles consisting of about 2,225 volumes sourced chiefly from the Lillian Goldman Law Library at Yale University, with additional materials provided by the Law Library of Congress. Its 1.8 million pages span over 300 years of legal primary sources, such as early U.S. state codes, municipal codes, constitutional conventions and compilations, and other documents.

Part II, 1763-1979: Contains more than 1.6 million newly scanned pages drawn from the Harvard Law School Library, the Yale Law Library, and the Law Library of Congress. World Trials Library (HeinOnline)

This collection contains famous and important works as John Lawson's American State Trials, Howell's State Trials, Law Reports of Trials of War Criminals, Reports of State Trials and Sixty Famous Cases. In addition to trial transcripts and other critical court documents, this collection includes trial-related resources such as monographs which analyze and debate the decisions of famous trials as well as biographies of many great trial lawyers in history.

Zambia Law Reports (Jutastat)

Contains the full text of the official law reports of Zambia from independence in 1963 to 1997. Included is an alphabetical listing of cases and an alphabetical table of cases. The Table of cases is further arranged by High and Supreme Courts.
