Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

The equality of men and women in the enjoyment of all human rights is enshrined in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR). This General Comment issued by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights discusses the equality protection offered by the Covenant.
