Dr. Tony Hollihan received his Doctorate in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Alberta, a Master of Arts for his study of early twentieth century Canadian immigration policy under Frank Oliver, and a Bachelor of Education (AD), both from the University of Alberta. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Dr. Hollihan also teaches at the University of Alberta and currently tutors courses in Education and History at Athabasca University.
