Technology in the library
How do I photocopy, print, and scan?
Our copier/printer/scanner and book scanners are found on Level 2 (main floor) near the washrooms.
Use your TCard to copy or print. To print, send your print job from a library computer or from your personal laptop. Learn how to set up wireless printing at our library.
Photocopying, printing, and scanning to paper costs 15 cents per page. Scanning to a USB key is free.
Using wireless printing
Before using our library’s printers, you must install the U of T’s printer software and drivers to your laptop:
· Windows users must follow Windows printing instructions.
· Mac users must follow Mac OS printing instructions. Important: If the printer is not set up correctly, your print job will empty the paper tray!
If you experience issues after following the instructions, visit the IT Help Desk in the library.

The IT Help Desk can help you access the U of T and Eduroam networks.
The UofT Wireless Network is used by current U of T students and employees. The Eduroam Network is used by visiting scholars from participating institutions, but U of T faculty and students can access Eduroam at other universities using U of T credentials.
