This article summarizes the efforts of the five-country community led intervention that enjoined women living with HIV in Latin America to document, categorize, and legally advocate against sexual and reproductive health violations. Key impacts include the utilization of collective action across vast organizations and networks and the ability of community leaders to implement legal, policy, and programmatic changes while linking diverse groups of women living with HIV. In addition, the collective action movement increased technical, political, and financial resources available to women living with HIV, which was critical for advancing national and regional agendas promoting sexual and reproductive health.
