The Realization of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: Globalization and its Impact on the Full Enjoyment of Human Rights

This report by Special Rapporteurs of the United Nations Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights examines the impact of globalization upon the protection of human rights.
